Any mistakes in product description, pricing, typographic and photographic errors are unintentional and subject to correction. Pro Motor Stripes may make necessary changes and corrections at any time. Product sold at incorrect price and with errors in description will be fully refunded.

Color shades that you see on your screen depend on settings of equipment (screen brightness, contrast, saturation, etc) and other factors, so color may not match exactly as shown on your screen. You can request samples of actual material before placing the order, so you can compare the color, if match is important.

So we ask that you make sure you have the correct item (color, style, etc.) before installation, because we cannot be held liable for a wrong item being installed on your vehicle.

We often start working on fulfillment of your order immediately after the payment, so canceled orders may be subject to cancellation fee or restocking fee, if order has gone into production. If you have made a mistake during ordering process, please contact us as soon as possible, so errors can be corrected before production takes place.
Pro Motor Stripes reserves the right to cancel any order prior to fulfillment with a full refund to the customer. Cases include, but not limited to: out of stock or discontinued items, abuse of return policy, fraudulent chargeback claims from previous orders, etc.

Returns:
Pro Motor Stripes provides quality products. We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that a return is requested, please consider the following terms.
Please be responsible and inspect product, when you receive the package. Packages that appear to be damaged should be immediately reported. Damage due to shipping is a responsibility of the shipping provider. Packages are insured, but shipping provider will not honor late claims, so please contact us as soon as possible, if item is damaged.
All items should be inspected for defects and "dry-fitted" prior to being installed. Any issues with the fit should be reported before installation. Instructions included with the kit should be followed. Please be assured, in the unlikely event of manufacturing defect/issue, we will take care of the problem.
Installation mistakes are not acceptable reasons for a return, and are not "defects" in the vinyl product. Please contact us for more information on this subject.
No products will be accepted for return without a Return Material Authorization. Please contact us (or email) to request an RMA and explain the reason for return. We will email you the return address for your order, and issue RMA. Returned product should be in unused condition. Please carefully pack the product in original packaging, insure and ship via USPS to the address we provide. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee at discretion of Pro Motor Stripes.
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Partial orders, special/custom and customized products, such as with special lettering, style, etc, are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Returned products not meeting the above conditions are subject to refusal, discarding and/or additional restocking fee.
